United Services Northwest is a growing local company providing professional tree care, landscaping, construction, and other household services. We are looking for a dependable and organized individual to assist with administrative tasks and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and team members

• Manage calendars and keep track of upcoming jobs/meetings

• Assist with email correspondence and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records and basic data entry

• Provide general support to management and staff as needed

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (not required)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with phone and email communication

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)

• Dependable, professional, and able to multitask

• Friendly and customer-focused attitude

Compensation & Schedule

• $18 - $24per hour (based on experience)

• Part-time position
