Onsite, Full-time, Exempt
Wage: $30.00-$35.00 DOE
This position will begin in Accounts Payable, managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable process. The right candidate will grow into a Staff Accountant role with expansion of duties.
Duties:
Primary Responsibilities – Accounts Payable:
• Enter invoice and purchasing data into the accounts payable system and execute payment runs (check, ACH) in accordance with established schedules and payment terms.
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices and check requests with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and manage AP inbox, ensuring timely review and resolution of invoices and inquiries.
• Maintain and audit vendor master records, including setup, updates, W-9 documentation, and banking information.
• Respond promptly to vendor and internal department inquiries regarding invoice status and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Secondary Responsibilities – Accounting:
• Study Crunch Pak’s business model from the Receiving – Purchasing – Inventory – Accounts Payable Perspective
• Understand the entire Accounting Cycle with Payables, Receivables and Financial Report
• Gain full understanding of the Crunch Pak Chart of Accounts
• Develop skills and knowledge of Payroll Processing and Payroll Tax Reporting
• Prepare Royalty Statements and Forecasts for Licensing Partners
• Work with the Controller for annual Budget and Audit prep and Monthly Financial Reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Excel
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytic and organizational skills a must
• Adherence to all personnel policies and practices
• Must be self-motivated and driven
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work independently
