• Lead and inspire coaches & staff; provide inspirational leadership.
• Assist the General Manager in meeting sales and operational goals.
• Maintain class scheduling and optimization; ensure exceptional customer service and member retention.
• Teach high-energy, pre-designed Kid Strong workouts for ages walking to 11 years old; coach 8-12 Kid Strong classes per week.
• Coach, engage, and motivate parents and students; train new coaches and maintain Kid Strong programming.
• Utilize marketing and lead-generation strategies; drive trial bookings and membership conversions.
• Oversee front desk processes (member check-ins, inquiries, guest registrations) to run smoothly.

• Experience working with kids in education, coaching, fitness, or related fields.
• Sales and leadership experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using Microsoft Office.

• CPR & First Aid Certified (required but can be obtained post-hire).
• Epi Pen Certified (required but can be obtained post-hire).

• High energy and ability to lead workouts.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, balance, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Base Pay: $49,500/year; plus bonus structure.
• Tier 1: +$500/month ($6,000/year);
  Tier 2: +$750/month ($9,000/year);
  Tier 3: +$1,000/month ($12,000/year).
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
