The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to perform tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including peak coverage during special events.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves travel between stores.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel in personal vehicle required; promote safety and adhere to guidelines.

• Ability to travel and lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Perform physical tasks safely and effectively throughout shifts.
