Sr. Quality Engineering Technician

Continue your journey as an Automation Technician at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. In a team environment you'll install, maintain and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the integrated electrical/mechanical automation systems, as well as updating and modifying PLC controlled equipment.

Are You Looking to:

* Fabricate and construct tooling, fixtures, and PLC automated equipment that will meet quality, safety, and production requirements to support manufacturing operations.

* Participate in the design and development of tooling/equipment by providing design and process input to Manufacturing/Engineering and/or tool design.

* Plan, fabricate, and construct dies, tools, fixtures, and PLC automated equipment to meet quality, safety, cost and production requirements.

Are You Ready to:

* Make daily independent and team decisions related to priority and tooling design changes, and make buy analysis.

* Repair and maintain dies, tools, fixtures, and machines to support production requirements of quality, cost and safety.

* Troubleshoot non-functioning equipment which includes mechanical, electrical and PLC controlled.

What You'll Need:

* Associate/College Degree or equivalent experience in automation or related field.

* 1 to 3 years' relevant work experience with PLC programming, debugging and testing manufacturing equipment.

Experience with Pneumatic systems, excellent mechanical aptitude.

* Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
