• Develop detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly.
• Interface with production operators and technicians to establish manufacturing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.
• Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability such as schematics, engineering drawings, customer controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.
• Support implementation of all key matrices, record, summarize, and present data/information to department operations.
• Monitors trends in quality data (yields, defects per million, scrap, CARs), executes corrective actions and identifies continual improvement opportunities in response to product and process failures.
• Drive the optimization of process efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with production operators, supervisors, and technicians by utilizing effective root cause and corrective action analysis.

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline preferred.
• 1+ years of experience within a manufacturing engineering related role.

Entry Level

Permanent – Waseca, MN

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00/yr.
