Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in our eastern location Brazil, IN, for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee the sales process within an assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing equipment solutions tailored to their operations. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and delivery. Additionally, the candidate will work with onsite personnel to streamline day to day operations at this location

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Sales, account management, and relationship-building
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and close deals effectively
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation
  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment and a strong understanding of the subsurface drainage industry
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft software and other tools used for managing sales pipelines
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
