Forklift Driver – Counterbalance & Reach

Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour + overtime

Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation based in Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa.

The Role
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and maintaining best practice within a fast-paced environment. Duties will include:

Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently

Carrying out daily FLT safety and equipment checks

Following instructions from Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors

Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Working in line with all health & safety procedures

Shift Pattern (Rotating)

Monday – Thursday: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00

Friday: 06:00–13:00 / 13:00–20:00

Pay & Overtime

Standard rate: £12.91 per hour (39 hours per week)

Overtime x1.5: £19.36 per hour

Overtime x2.0: £25.82 per hour

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (in date)

Previous FLT warehouse experience preferred

Ability to work rotating shifts
