Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation
• Oversee inventory management and warehouse organisation
• Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders for timely deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents and track shipments

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

• Proven experience in shipping and warehouse coordination
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced logistics environment
• Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management
