Location:

Hybrid – Warwick (3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 6 Months+

Rate: 450/day inside IR35

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using Type Script, React, Next.js, and Apollo Graph

QL. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for clean code, and experience working in agile, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using Type Script, React, and Next.js.
• Integrate and manage Graph
  
  QL queries and mutations with Apollo Client for efficient data fetching.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in React.js and modern frontend development.
• Proficiency in Type Script for building type-safe applications.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Strong knowledge of Graph
  
  QL and experience using Apollo Client.
• Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion) or modern CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Good understanding of Git and collaborative version control workflows.
