Chef de Partie

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our amazing culinary team at Warwick Castle

This is an exciting full time opportunity reporting into our Head Chef on site and you will be supporting with the production of breakfast and dinner on site at the hotel.

• As a key player within our culinary team based in Warwick Castle's fantastic accommodation. you'll be integral to delivering breakfast buffets, a la carte pub meals and a carvery buffet dinner
• At times supporting with a C&B arm of the business. We cater for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches,private parties, Christmas & New Year events and Warwick Castle's amazing summer concerts!
• Be extremely passionate about food and ensure each meal you plate up is to the highest standard
• Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence, assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
• Working with the teams regarding food production managment to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food stock levels, food quality and brand standards
• Placing food orders and maintaining stock levels
  
  Full knowlege of all menu items served, including allergy information
• Act as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
• Undertake relevant training as required

• Previous experience in a similar food service environment catering for a large volume
  
  Previous supervisory experience
  
  Proven knowledge of quality food production
