Geberit is looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice who is eager to learn, confident in sharing ideas, and excited to grow their skills in a fast‑moving digital space. You don’t need all the experience yet; what matters most is your enthusiasm, curiosity and drive to get stuck in.

You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team where everyone’s invested in helping each other succeed, learn and make an impact from day one. As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll benefit from structured training with Baltic Apprenticeships, including 2‑day training blocks every 46 weeks, giving you the knowledge, tools and confidence to thrive in your role.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi‑Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job
  • Plan, schedule, and implement social media content and assets, using Adobe Suite and Canva to create required materials.
  • Develop and implement internal communication activities, including campaigns, customer bulletins, and events.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing inbox to ensure timely responses and smooth communication.
  • Support the Marketing Services Manager and wider marketing team in the development, delivery, and implementation of events and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with agencies and use asset management platforms (e.g. Censhare) to create, develop, and implement brochure collateral.
  • Provide administrative and project support across the wider team to assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on the procurement system, providing regular updates to the marketing team and sales regarding stock levels of sales tools, using the Staci system.
  • Procure, manage, and implement giveaways while overseeing associated budgets in collaboration with the marketing team and sales.
  • Assist in delivering webinars, training activities, and customer events, working closely with sales, agencies, and the marketing team using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Manage and maintain the virtual showroom using Matterport camera software and CMS platform.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

  • Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.
Salary, Hours & Benefits

£20,000–23,000 per annum.

9 am‑5 pm Monday to Friday (Flexible start times) and 9 am‑3 pm on Fridays.

25 days annual leave.

Pension scheme.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast‑moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one‑to‑one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.

Eligibility Criteria

You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
