Production Operative

Position: Production Operative (Permanent)
Location: Warwickshire

We have a great opportunity for Machine / Production Operatives to join our team!

Job title:

Production / Machine Operative

Working pattern: 4 on 4 off, 6am – 6pm (working both weekends and bank holidays when rota’d )

Pay: £13.25 per hour, rising to £14 per hour upon successful completion of probationary period

Job duties:

· Undertake all concrete beam manufacturing processes which includes both machine and manual processes

· Operation of concrete batching plant, including daily housekeeping

· Daily housekeeping in main factory, including checks on machines & equipment, tidying, ensuring that working areas and equipment are kept safe at all times

· Quality control activities, including administrative work, recording of data relating to quality, escalating any issues as required.
