Overview

We are looking for an exceptional individual to support Warwickshire's Adult Safeguarding Board. We have a highly effective partnership, with an open and collaborative culture that is committed to keeping adults with care and support needs safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and leadership to the board and its partners, drawing on excellent knowledge of adult safeguarding.
  • Build and sustain effective partnership working to continuously improve safeguarding across our organisations and communities.
  • Work closely with our Independent Chair and all of our partners, including people with lived experience.
  • Lead and manage the Business Unit: a small and well-established team which supports and co-ordinates the work of the board.
