Job Title: Shift Supervisor / FLT Driver - Logistics Operations (Warwick)

Location: Warwick, UK

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 13:30-22:00 + every other Sunday, 08:00-10:00 (double time, minimum 5 hours paid)

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics operation in Warwick for a proactive Shift Supervisor. This is a hands‑on role, supervising a team of four and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the shift. You'll also be cross‑trained across all local operations, providing essential cover for holidays and sickness—so flexibility is key.

• Hands‑on FLT (Forklift Truck) work during busy periods
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role (logistics/warehouse preferred)
• Valid FLT licence and hands‑on FLT experience (essential)
• Flexible and willing to learn all aspects of the local operation
• Strong communicator and team motivator
• Reliable, organised, and committed to high standards
• PC Literate
