A well established and growing law firm based in Warwick is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to work with a broad client base, advising on a wide range of commercial matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

• Managing a varied commercial caseload from instruction to completion
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
• Advising clients on commercial risk, compliance and regulatory matters
• Supporting clients with business growth, restructuring and strategic projects
• Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas when required
  
  Developing and maintaining long term client relationships
• Contributing to business development and the profile of the firm

• Commercial contracts and agreements
• Terms and conditions, supply and distribution agreements
• Agency and franchise agreements
• Data protection and intellectual property matters
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Corporate support and general commercial advice

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Strong experience in commercial law, ideally gained within a recognised commercial practice
• Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Commercially aware with a practical, solution focused approach
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Confident building relationships with clients and colleagues

• Salary up to £100,000 depending on experience
