If so, Expleo have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a practical and hands-on UX researcher with a passion for testing and digital interaction.

One of the worlds largest automotive manufacturers, is currently recruiting for an Automotive UX Engineer / Researcher, to help them develop unique and innovative vehicles. You will support in-vehicle and prototype testing, working across virtual reality, static simulators and functional prototypes. Based in Warwickshire, you will be supporting, a dedicated and multidisciplinary design and research team, on a contract basis.

Responsibilities of the UX Engineer include:

Plan and execute UX testing activities, maintaining relevant testing documentation

Conduct usability testing across digital interfaces

Record and communicate findings from user studies

Contribute to the creation of benchmarking and user profile

Identify usability issues and make recommendations

Qualifications and skills required for the UX Engineer position:

Degree in a relevant subject matter or equivalent industry experience

Skilled in conducting Automotive usability studies and user testing

Knowledge of user-centred design and interaction

Experience in testing physical, digital and immersive prototypes

Excellent communication skills

Full UK driving licence

Understanding of Automotive UX constraints
