I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Issue Management Specialist to join their team

Job Description

As Issue Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:

Overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues across complex systems.
Ensure consistent adherence to established processes
Effective utilisation of issue management tools
Clear, and transparent, reporting to senior stakeholders.
Drive actions, based on clear KPI's around defect management, with stakeholders.

Qualifications/Skills needed

Strong skills in developing metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations are essential.
Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.
Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions on complex or sensitive matters.
