Azure Dev Ops Operations

• Cost Analysis and Optimization :
• Monitor and analyze Azure cloud spending to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Implement and maintain cost optimization strategies and best practices.
• Utilize Azure Cost Management and Billing tools to provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration and Strategy :
• Collaborate with IT, Dev Ops, and Finance teams to align on cost management strategies.
• Develop and communicate cost optimization strategies to stakeholders.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure cost‑efficient designs.
• Reporting and Forecasting :
• Generate regular reports on cloud spending, savings, and budget adherence.
• Develop financial forecasts and budgets for Azure cloud expenditure.
• Provide detailed analysis of cost trends and variances.
• Automation and Tooling :
• Automate cost management and optimization processes using scripts and tools.
• Evaluate and implement third‑party tools for enhanced cost management.
• Education and Training :
• Educate and train teams on cost‑saving practices and tools.
• Advocate for a cost‑aware culture across the organization.

• Experience :
• 5+ years of experience in cloud cost management and optimization, with a focus on Azure.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting in a cloud environment.
• Skills :
• In‑depth knowledge of Azure services and pricing models.
• Proficiency in Azure Cost Management and Billing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud management platforms and third‑party cost optimization tools.
• Soft Skills :
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
• Fin Ops Certified Practitioner certification.
• Experience in a Dev Ops or Cloud Ops role.
