Job Title: Solution Architect-Service Now - SaaS (Service Now System Administrator / Implementation Specialist)
Location: Warwick, UK (Hybrid – 2-3 days on-site per client request)

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Service Now System Administrator / Implementation Specialist to join our team supporting enterprise‑scale Service Now deployments. This is a client‑facing role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and architects to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant Service Now solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with ITMS Process Architects, Business Analysts, customer personnel, and technical teams to ensure controlled, predictable Service Now implementation.
- Create technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation.
- Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integrations with third‑party systems.
- Provide external client‑facing consulting within technology‑focused domains such as Security, IT Architecture, and Database/Network services.
- Participate in proposals, workshops, and formal presentations; develop methodologies and written deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom code across Service Now modules.
- Apply knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change).
- Work hands‑on with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, HRSD, BCM, TPRM, and Scoped Applications.
- Support Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies and iterative configuration of HRSD applications.
- Use scripting expertise (AJAX, Jelly, PERL) to enhance platform functionality.
- Develop strong process management and project management capabilities.
- Service Now System Administrator Certification
- Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification
- Proven experience working across multiple Service Now domains/modules.
