Niche Technical / Solution Architect - Warwickshire / Hybrid - Outside IR35

A well-established public‑sector organisation in Warwickshire is undertaking a large records management system migration to Niche RMS and is seeking an experienced Niche Technical / Solution Architect to support technical design and delivery.

This role will focus on providing hands‑on technical and solution architecture across Niche configuration, integrations, and data flows.

• Proven experience acting as a Technical or Solution Architect on Niche RMS implementations
• Strong understanding of RMS architecture, integration patterns, and data flows
• Experience governing technical design decisions across complex programmes
• Ability to work closely with configuration, migration, and integration specialists
• Background delivering solutions in highly regulated public‑sector environments
• Experience supporting long‑term transformation programmes

• Role:
  Niche Technical / Solution Architect
• Rate: £600‑£750 per day (Outside IR35)
• Duration:
  Initial 12 months (likely extension)
• Location:
  
  Hybrid – up to 2 days per week on‑site in Warwickshire
• Start date:
  
  February 2026 (flexible)
• Security: NPPV3 clearance required or ability to obtain
