User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join a growing SaaS team. You will own the full UX process: research, ideation, wire framing, prototyping, testing, and iterating. You’ll be expected to dig into problems, uncover user needs, and design with evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from day one—think AI-enhanced workflows, smart automation, and integrations across our product portfolio.
• Translate complex business needs into user-centric designs: wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished UI.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive design decisions and ensure successful implementation.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system—component libraries, accessibility standards, and branding consistency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design (including internships or freelance projects). A strong portfolio demonstrating web software/SaaS application work is essential.
• Comfortable running discovery activities (user interviews, workshops, usability testing) as well as producing wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final UI.
• Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma, or similar wire framing tools.
• Comfort with creating user flows, low/high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a flexible hybrid pattern: 2 days a week in the Warwick office and 3 days from home.
