What You’ll Do- Lead and develop HR system enhancements and HR improvement projects to meet organisational needs.
- Be the subject matter expert for HR information systems, ensuring system integrity and quality are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with HR, ICT, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Analyse data, produce clear analytics, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Support the development of HR related policies and contribute to strategic planning.
- Significant experience in HR Systems with either a CIPD Level 5 or Data and Systems qualification (or working towards).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience with our core systems iTrent (HRIS) and Hornbill (CRM).
- Experience in system administration, project management, and delivering change.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
