General Manager : Luxury Hotel : Midlands

Overview

I am recruiting a General Manager to join this luxury country hotel and estate in the Midlands. My client is recruiting for a General Manager who is passionate about F and B, sales and events driven with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who leads from the front and can inspire the staff at this fantastic venue.

• Manage the operations throughout the hotel
• Develop and train a team
• Maximise revenue and forecast budgets
• Support the Sales and Marketing team
• Host weekly HoD meetings
• Enhance the profit and growth of the business by providing strategic leadership
• Support all departments to ensure their operations perform successfully
• Create and develop relationships with local businesses

• Previous experience in a similar role in luxury hotels and venues
• Experience with weddings and events
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Strong business acumen
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
