Social Worker – Warwick
Position:
Social Worker – Warwick, full-time, permanent, grade K/L/N, eligible for up to £51,766.00 per annum plus a £3,500 pro‑rated market supplement.
Warwickshire County Council’s Children and Families Service offers a multidisciplinary, multi‑agency approach supported by local partners (Health, Police, Education). The Safeguarding & Support Team at Myton Park, Warwick requires a dedicated Social Worker to support families and children across the county.
About the RoleFull‑time position (37 hrs per week) with flexible working options. Typical hours: 9 am – 5:30 pm Monday‑Thursday, 9 am – 5 pm Friday.
Key Requirements- Professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma or CQSW).
- Social Work England registration.
- In‑depth experience in children’s social work and complex case management.
- Excellent analytical skills and evidence‑based decision making.
- Ability to produce concise, effective, and accurate reports.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with children and families.
