The Impact You’ll MakeAs a key member of our Billing Operations function, you’ll act as a business owner for our billing systems and processes. You’ll safeguard billing accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the customer journey.
This isn’t just monitoring reports — it’s influencing how billing works.
What You’ll Be Doing- Overseeing billing systems to ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time
- Investigating discrepancies, identifying root causes, and partnering with IT to resolve system issues
- Supporting Customer Service and Collections teams with billing queries, dispute resolution, and insight-led reporting
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimisation
- Creating and maintaining clear process documentation and training materials
- Managing third-party suppliers to ensure strong service delivery and cost efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets
- Advanced Excel/data capability (experience extracting and analysing database information)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical or billing issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisation and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, or financial operations
- Experience using BI/reporting tools to generate insights
- Understanding of billing controls, financial compliance, or regulatory standards
- Hybrid working model
