Financial Controller Part Time

Location: Warwickshire

Fantastic opportunity for an established Finance Professional to join an exciting and dynamic SME on a part time basis. After 3 years of sustained growth the business is looking for somebody that can oversee finance and provide strategic guidance. Working closely with the senior management team you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and key decision making.

The Role:

* Financial Reporting monthly, quarterly and annually.
* Provision of budgets and forecasts.
* Establish and maintain strong financial systems and controls to ensure proper reporting of results on a timely basis.
* Review existing financial systems and make recommendations on potential streamlining and efficiencies.
* Report to directors with timely and accurate financial information as required.
* Deliver clear, actionable financial reports to stakeholders and board members.
* Communicate complex financial data to enable informed, growth-oriented decisions across teams.
* Cash Flow Management.
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. The Candidate:
* CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualified OR Qualified by Experience.
* Proven record and experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
