Project Engineer Powertrain Systems

Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Project Engineer (Powertrain Systems) to be based at our customers site in Gaydon.

Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast‑growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.

The Project Engineer is a delivery focused engineer within the Powertrain System Engineering, (PTSE) Technical Commodity team. They ensure their commodity is delivered with engineering rigor while embracing Agile principles of adaptability, transparency, and incremental delivery. The role bridges engineering, suppliers, and project teams, applying Agile frameworks to maintain alignment and transparency for PTSE commodity integration for on‑cycle and off‑cycle project delivery.
