Behaviour and Data Lead

Location: Warwick

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-Time

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

A specialist Behavioural School in Warwick are seeking a resilient and strategic Behaviour and Data Lead to join their Senior Leadership Team. This nurturing, inclusive and aspirational environment caters for pupils aged 11-16 who are experiencing difficulties in mainstream education. Many of their students have EHCPs and require structured and highly personalised support to re-engage with learning.

Their mission is to prevent exclusion, rebuild confidence and enable young people to achieve their potential in a safe, secure environment that promotes self-worth.

This is a pivotal whole-school leadership position combining behaviour strategy, pastoral oversight and data-driven improvement.

The Role:
  • Lead behaviour management and raise expectations across the School
  • Develop and implement personalised behaviour plans
  • Oversee attendance monitoring and analysis
  • Use SIMS and performance data to identify underachievement and drive interventions
  • Support safeguarding, admissions, transitions and daily operations
  • Work closely with families, professionals and staff to secure positive outcomes
Ideal Candidate:
  • Willingness to complete DBS, vetting and reference checks
  • Demonstrate exceptional safeguarding knowledge to promote the welfare of children
  • Have proven experience in behaviour leadership (Secondary or alternative provision desirable)
  • Understand the complexities of working with 11-16 pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
  • Be confident analysing data to drive measurable improvement
  • Remain calm, consistent and solution-focused under pressure
  • You believe that every young person deserves the chance to succeed
