Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 3 Learning and Development
Practitioner Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional
skills in workplace learning, training delivery, and employee development while working
towards a nationally recognized qualification.
What you’ll do
- Support the design and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning
- Prepare learning materials and help run both virtual and in‑person training
- Engage with learners, track progress, and maintain accurate records
- Help create and update training content across different formats
- Gather feedback and support continuous improvement of L&D processes
What we’re looking for
- Eligible for a Level 3 apprenticeship + right to work in the UK
- Good communication skills, organisation, attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
- Positive attitude, team player, interest in learning & development Desirable: experience in training/education/customer service, familiarity with LMS or virtual training tools
Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
- Duration:
Typically 18-24 months - Includes End Point Assessment (EPA)
Training & Development
- Structured on‑job training and mentoring
- Regular attendance at training sessions with an approved training provider
- 20% off‑the‑job training as part of the apprenticeship requirements
- Support from an experienced workplace mentor
- Opportunities to shadow senior L&D professionals
- Access to professional development resources and networks
Assessment
- Portfolio of evidence demonstrating competency
- Professional discussion
- Practical observation of training delivery
- Knowledge test covering L&D principles and practices
