About the Clinic

The clinic is an ambitious, premium multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic in the heart of Warwickshire. Led by an elite sports physio and supported by a team of forward-thinking clinicians, our mission is to become the Midlands’ go-to destination for performance-focused rehabilitation and injury prevention.

We’re now looking to expand our specialist services by hiring an employed Podiatrist with a strong interest in sports and biomechanics. This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-built clinic that combines cutting-edge equipment, expert mentorship, and the autonomy to shape your role from the ground up.

About the Role

This is a sports-led podiatry role with an emphasis on musculoskeletal conditions, performance-related lower limb issues, and orthotic prescription. There is minimal general podiatry and no diabetic care. You’ll manage a varied caseload of recreational athletes, active clients, and performance professionals, all within a supportive, high-performing clinical team.

You will:

• Deliver specialist podiatry care with a focus on biomechanics, gait, and injury prevention

• Conduct detailed biomechanical assessments using your own preferred style and methods

• Manage new and returning patients

• Prescribe and help produce custom orthotics using next generation technology (training provided)

• Work closely with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and strength specialists to support integrated care plans

• Recommend and upsell orthotics where clinically appropriate with full admin, finance, and reception support

• Contribute to social media and educational content (support and guidance provided)

• Be part of sports and community events where relevant (optional but encouraged)

What You’ll Get

We know that great clinicians want more than just a treatment room. We’re offering a role designed to support your professional development, lifestyle balance, and financial growth.

Employment Package

• Competitive base salary

• Performance-linked commission: up to £12,000/year from orthotics

Flexible working pattern

Clinic Resources

• TM3 practice management software

• 3D insole design and production software

• State-of-the-art treadmill

• VO2 max testing equipment (shortly being launched)

• Digital gait and pressure analysis tools (shortly being launched)

• Full-time reception and admin support

Training & Progression

• CPD allowance and protected learning time

• Internal mentoring from an elite-level lead physio

• Opportunities to develop your own niche service within the clinic

• Long-term vision to grow the podiatry team or develop a sub-brand

Culture & Environment

• Friendly, ambitious, and collaborative team

• Cross-referrals from a high-trust client base

• Involvement in events, partnerships, and marketing supported by our in-house growth team

• A clear role in shaping the future of sports medicine in the region

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for a podiatrist who’s looking to break out of rigid, generalist environments and build a career rooted in sport, performance, and innovation.

You should be:

• HCPC-registered, with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience

• Confident in treating sports-related or MSK conditions — sports club or athletic experience is highly desirable

• Comfortable recommending orthotics and supporting clients through the full rehab journey

• Willing to engage with social media, patient education, and content (you won’t be alone in doing it)

• Ambitious, collaborative, and excited by the chance to grow a role, not just fill one
