Location: Warwick, 5 days a week in the office

Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

As part of this dedicated team, your role will involve inputting new contract information into our systems, meticulously reviewing necessary documentation, and activating contracts.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers within VFS. Your duties will range from addressing customer queries to executing a diverse array of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our financial services. Our team takes pride in its flexibility and enthusiasm for learning, as we strive to maintain in‑depth knowledge about our processes, customers, and products.

• Input new contract information accurately into our systems.
• Conduct thorough checks on required documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Activate contracts in compliance with established procedures.
• Manage and process changes to contracts during their lifecycle.
• Engage with customers via email to provide comprehensive support.
• Execute a variety of tasks, ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities.
• Cultivate a flexible approach to tasks and a keen willingness to learn.

Experience of customer service and administration is desirable, although full training will be provided. You will support the efficient operation of the team and drive change working with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst delivering performance driven results.
