Location: Warwick Castle

Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week, with availability to work weekends

This is a seasonal role until 3rd January 2027.

Be the first point of contact for guests and deliver exceptional service in line with Warwick Castle and Merlin standards. You’ll support smooth entry, parking, and ticketing while promoting our brand and products.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient assistance.
• Handle ticket sales, scanning, and queue management using Accesso system.
• Direct traffic and park cars/coaches safely following risk assessments.
• Promote Warwick Castle experiences and Merlin products.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand presentation.
• Resolve guest enquiries and escalation issues promptly.
• Support revenue growth through upselling (e.g., Castle Dungeon, Annual Passes).
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and accurate till transactions.
• Contribute ideas for improving service and operations.
• Work as part of a positive, team-focused environment.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Clear communication and ability to handle guest queries confidently.
• Team player with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long periods.
• Must be available to work weekends, bank holidays, and the Christmas period.
