We are currently recruiting for Client Support Specialist to join a well established business based in Redditch. We are looking for an individual who has a strong telephone manor and who enjoys working within a fast paced, varied role.

This role requires someone who’s confident under pressure, skilled at handling objections, and capable of navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and persistence

Duties Will Include:

* Contact businesses via telephone.

* Responding to incoming emails.

* Sending out letters to clients.

* Providing high levels of customer service.

* Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.

* Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.

Experience

Required:

* Strong telephone manor

* Experience with in a similar role that often requires, empathy along with objection handling.

* Good attention to detail

* Good communication skills – both written and oral

* Excellent organisational skills
