About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. You will manage customer inquiries related to the order‑to‑cash process and reverse logistics, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will help streamline operations and provide proactive solutions, contributing directly to a seamless customer experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

- Accurately process and load customer orders in line with legal and internal compliance requirements
- Act as the primary contact for shipment, packing, and reverse logistics queries
- Manage returns, warranty claims, stock cleanses, and quality‑related issues
- Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies efficiently and professionally
- Produce customer reports using internal systems
- Raise credit and debit notes in line with financial and legal guidelines
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal sales teams
- Ensure all queries are resolved within agreed timelines and company policies
- We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience in customer service or customer relationship management
- Strong telephone and call‑handling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
