Hybrid working is potentially available, depending on the area and manager. JLR is a multi-site business, and you’ll be required to spend time working with different departments at several locations.

As a Creative Design Graduate, you’ll be at the heart of our House of Brands - Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar - helping us bring modern luxury to life. During this programme you will join our Design Vehicle Visualisation team. You’ll build relationships and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders as you deliver innovative creative design solutions

Design Vehicle Visualisation

The Design Vehicle Visualisation department is a highly creative, multidisciplinary team that produces a wide range of visual content — from animations and still imagery to live and virtual presentation material. Using industry recognised tools and workflows, we create high quality visuals that support key Design gateways, Design Forums, and major reviews across the wider business.

As a graduate on this programme, you’ll receive hands on, immersive training in leading visualisation software such as Maya, VRED, and Unreal Engine, as well as compositing tools like Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. You’ll work on both early product and brand focused visual assets, giving you exposure to motion graphics, 2D and 3D computer graphics (CG), and real-time visualisation.

By working closely with experienced artists and contributing to real project deliverables, you’ll quickly develop into a versatile digital creative with a strong foundation across multiple visualisation disciplines — setting you up for a successful career in automotive design visualisation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

To join the Creative Design Graduate Programme, you’ll need to hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2:2 degree in either Automotive design, Product Design, CG Animation, 3D Digital Design or other relevant creative degrees. A strong portfolio showcasing a talent for 3D Visualisation will be required.
