Level 3 Nursery Assistant – CV35 (Stratford-upon-Avon)
Location: CV35, Warwickshire Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm)

Monarch Education, is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a vibrant early years setting in CV35. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development of young children in a caring and stimulating environment. We welcome applicants with a recognised Level 3 childcare qualification and a genuine passion for early years education.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children aged 0-5 years through their early learning journey. Working closely with the nursery team, you’ll help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and grow.

• Support the daily routines of the nursery, including play, meals, and rest times
• Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework
• Observe and record children’s progress to support individual learning plans
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through gentle guidance and support
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment in line with safeguarding and health & safety policies

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children and respond with care and creativity

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally
