I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Job Description

As Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead end-to-end process mapping across functions and adjacent teams.
Collaborate with Project leads, to build a process inventory.
Engage with stakeholders across regions, brands and functions.
Identify duplication, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Clarify responsibilities and accountabilities for tasks, activities, sign-offs and decisions.
Identify & document hand-offs and interactions between teams, across processes.

Qualifications/Skills needed:

Personally led end‑to‑end process mapping, across multiple teams or functions.
Defined current‑state and future‑state processes, as part of an organisation design or transformation.
Facilitated workshops with stakeholders, across multiple regions, brands or functions.
Created RACIs or similar governance artefacts, and mapped cross‑team handoffs.
Experience in automotive, digital or customer experience domains, is a plus.
