What You Will Do:- Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and timely internal communications to support the integration of key teams within the organisation.
- Create change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and engagement plans to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor business readiness ahead of phased implementations, integrations, and go-lives to ensure success.
- Organise and deliver impactful engagement activities such as workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions.
- Track employee sentiment and respond to feedback to support a positive employee experience during change.
- Collaborate closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, and People Partners to align change and communication strategies with key milestones.
- Proven experience in change management and internal communications within transformation programmes.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences effectively.
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and the ability to distil complex information into simple, engaging content.
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams, and email platforms.
- Knowledge of organisational design and employee experience principles, with a people-focused approach.
