What You’ll Do
  • Onboard and train new customers across the UK, ensuring a smooth start with eShepherd™.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to optimise virtual fencing systems.
  • Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to livestock producers.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and upselling.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer insights and drive product improvements.
  • Occasionally travel to farms and events across the UK to support customers in person.
What You’ll Bring
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., Welsh, Polish, Romanian) are a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Background in agriculture, business, or technology (degree preferred).
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or sales – ideally in AgTech or a startup environment.
  • Proactive mindset and genuine desire to help farmers succeed.
  • Valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
