We have an entry level position to step into our operations team to become a Logistics Coordinator at our Warwick Terminal. As an entry level Logistics Coordinator flexibility is key as our business operates on a 24/7 basis inclusive of public holidays.

If you are a natural problem solver, have strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically then this role would be for you! This role has the following tasks:

• Ensure drivers and subcontractors are scheduled to loads on a timely basis and within the guidelines of the Wickham Freight Lines Fatigue Management System
• Ensure drivers receive information and paperwork related to loads/pickups
• Liaise with logistics manager and other staff to ensure all freight requirements of customers are met
• Pathway to become a Logistics Coordinator

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, proficiency or ability to adapt quickly to software, Truck Mate for tracking and managing logistical data will be advantageous.
