Job Overview
Finding a home for a child in need is extremely rewarding – can you meet the challenge? The pay for this position starts at $22.00/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $25.58/hour. This is a per diem position that will involve visiting homes in the Warwick, RI area.

We’re seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Home Study Specialist to join our team. This hybrid per diem opportunity is ideal for experienced human services professionals with strong writing skills and prior certification and experience completing adoption and/or foster care home studies. Candidates must be SAFE certified and have working knowledge of home study preparation.

Qualifications- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology preferred;
Bachelor’s Degree required. - SAFE Certified required.
- Experience preparing home studies required.
- Experience scheduling and facilitating the SAFE interviews required.
