Handles incoming security calls, dispatches officers, monitors CCTV and alarms, and keeps accurate incident logs. Maintains professional communication and supports hospital staff with a customer-focused approach.
Job Qualifications/Specifications- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, dispatch, or public safety communications preferred.
- Proficiency in radio communication and basic computer applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose clear, detailed reports.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to multitask and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and exemplary customer service.
