Position Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new revenue and expanding existing accounts across individual, corporate, and group transportation segments
. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to sell customized global chauffeured transportation solutions to a wide range of clients, from individual VIPs to multinational organizations and large event planners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Prospect, develop, and close new business with individual clients, corporate accounts, meeting & event planners, and group travel coordinators; identify opportunities across multiple segments, including executive travel, VIP services, group movements, conferences, and special events; manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to pricing, contract negotiation, and onboarding; prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs, and customized transportation solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual clients, corporate travel managers, procurement teams, and event stakeholders; serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction; conduct regular account reviews to identify growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities; collaborate closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs;

    develop transportation solutions for groups of all sizes, including meetings, conventions, roadshows, entertainment, and VIP events; coordinate closely with internal teams to understand vehicle availability, routing, timing, and service requirements; support complex, multi-city, and multi-vehicle movements with precise planning and execution.
  • Global Sales & Market Development: Sell and manage chauffeured transportation solutions across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM); work with international partners to ensure consistent service standards and pricing worldwide; represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Forecasting, CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline activity, client data, and forecasting in CRM systems; track sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity; provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in chauffeured transportation, ground transportation, travel, hospitality, or event services.
  • Proven success in selling to individual, corporate, and group travel clients.
  • Experience with group and event transportation planning is strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client segments and complex service requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven, global environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network within corporate travel, meetings & events, entertainment, or luxury services.
  • Experience selling global or multi-city transportation programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal management tools.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
