Supporting and uplifting one another
- Conduct thorough termite inspections, identify issues, and recommend solutions to customers
- Build rapport with homeowners, leveraging sales skills to upsell additional services, especially the premium Sentricon system
- Hit sales targets by seeking and seizing opportunities to exceed monthly goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field
- Pest‑control or termite knowledge (training provided if needed)
- Customer‑first mentality – making customers feel valued and keeping them coming back
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
