Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to every guest. The role involves executing the Victra sales process, sharing product knowledge and connecting guests to what matters most. Average salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year, rising to 80 hours in subsequent years. Minimum paid sick leave requirements are provided under applicable state law.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense and will be supplemented with online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
