Hourly Wage

$16 - $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. In addition, premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. The role requires product knowledge, problem‑solving, and merchandise skills.
