Job Details
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Warwick, RI, 02886
Shift: 8 Hour (all shift available)
Contract: 8 weeks
Start: ASAP
Requirements- State RN License
- BLS/CPR certified
- Min 1-2 years of RN experience in rehab/LTC/skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Must be COVID Vaccinated or Religious Exemption
- Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients
- Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
- Preparing patients for exams and treatment
- Administering medications and treatments, and then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team
- Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
