Cnc Lathe Operator

Randstad is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators for the Warwick Area. The candidate will need to have experience with machine and job set up, operation, tooling changes, blueprints, and measuring instruments. If you are highly or less experienced; there is an opportunity for you! These are Permanent Placement Positions!

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Fri, Sat, Sun - Off!)

Education:

High School

• Minimum of 1 to 5 years of on the job CNC experience
• Operation of CNC Lathes
• Understanding of GD&T and Concentricity
• Machine Setup from scratch
• Tooling Changes
• Blueprint reading
• Basic program edits
• Measuring Devices:
  Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, etc.
• Work with multiple materials such as:
  Titanium, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Plastics, Alloys

• Working in a smoke free environment
• Wearing steel toe shoes
• Standing for 6 hours at one time

• CNC (1 year of experience is required)
• Lathe (1 year of experience is required)
• Setup
• Tool Changes
• Offsets
• Bore Jaws
• Blueprints
• Dimension
• Tolerance
• Inspection
• Measuring Devices
• Math and Calculation
