Operation Associate

Position: Operation Associate I
We are looking for a
** Operation Associate I
** to join our team. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. This individual will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing while service level targets.

Summary The position will have responsibility for following all Work Instructions for assigned tasks in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform tasks related to assembly, chemical scouring, visual inspection, and measuring manufactured products.

Perform all duties in a skilled and timely manner.

Will be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Communication Skills Must be able to write legibly and have good documentation skills.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.  Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive processes while working in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrate good manual dexterity.
